Description
The Cascadia Bar Association (CBA) was established in 1892 to standardize legal practice and uphold professional ethics across the state. Initially a voluntary organization, it soon became central to shaping attorney conduct, legal education, and licensing standards. Throughout the 20th century, the CBA supported judicial reforms, organized statewide examinations, and promoted continuing legal education.
