The Church of the Great Sun, Cult of the Great Sun, or simply the Church ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Church is the state religion of Nilfgaard. The primary deity is the Sun itself, known as the Great Sun. He is worshipped in all ways as the signal deity, while the Emperor as high priest of the Church is said to be the messenger of the Great Sun, and the bringer of his will in the World. The Emperor is represented by the Patriarch.
