Description
Apprehension. Reorganization. Containment. ARC-ONYX was established by "The Administrator" in 1995. Its purpose is the protection of humanity, the study of external and internal anomalies, and the development of super technological solutions as well as experimental weaponry or armor. Alaska is a possible location for ARC-ONYX. No public access to ARC-ONYX is available. ARC-ONYX was attacked in 2000 by a mysterious organization. The Facility discovered the body of one of the raiders whose hand band read "Hex Rebellion," so they now know their first enemy. The ARC-ONYX didn't stop their efforts to benefit humanity and continued to hire scientists and build new facilities.
