Description
During the founding of The Serpent's Hand, the young group needed a dedicated and level-headed being to assist the Praetor in the workings of diplomacy. This person was Astuesi. With the reformation of a diplomatic corp, the Praetor has decreed the creation of the Exousia of Astuesi.
