The capital of Highlandium residing withing the western coast of the continent, known for the beautiful coast, and Majestic Hills and Mountains. She is also known for her Navy prowess and skilled sailors within the ranks of the Navy. She has many enemies yet she will never Kneel to anyone! (Mors numquam!) - Death will never come! (Gloria ante mortem) - Glory Before Death! (Monarchia regnabunt in Aeternum) - The Monarchy shall rein on! Ranking up requires participation in events, and training events. Requesting Skilled Officers and Soldiers. Promotions are gained through Skill and loyalty. My Dizzy Name is Diggtycam21 to get an invite to the Dizzy.
