Description
The Imperial Remnant, also known as the Pellaeon's Empire or Galactic Empire, or simply as the Remnant or just the Empire, was the oligarchical empire in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy, that was initially an unrecognised entity that formed after the Galactic Empire ultimately collapsed during the Galactic Civil War, with it capital being Bastion, the Imperial Remnant adhered to the tenets of the New Order. The Remnant maintained a strong military and limited public expression. The Imperial Remnant continued the former war against the New Republic, the galactic government formed by the Rebel Alliance, with ambitions of renewing Imperial rule across the galaxy.
