Description
Marked men are the remnants of the New California Republic and Legion soldiers stationed at the Divide. The violent storms of the Divide caused the soldiers stationed there to be turned into ghouls. Rumors of marked men and the missile silos they control spread throughout the wastes to this day. After tireless waiting they grew bloodthirsty, turning their bloodshot gaze onto Vegas. Color: 'Red'.
