𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 The High Command (HICOM) is the central body responsible for the administration and oversight of the Divine Dragon's Alliance. 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 HICOM serves as a bureaucracy for the executive oversight, administration, leadership and management of the whole Guild. Additionally, the HICOM is also an umbrella organization that embodies the five pillars of the realm. 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 HICOM personnel are handpicked; a direct appointment from The Divine Emperor; or appointed by The Divine Emperor on advice of the Senior HICOM.
