Description
"They were not born in darkness. They built it." In the early centuries of the Age of Bronze, before the gods turned their gaze away from mortals, there rose a brotherhood—not of blood, nor of faith, but of secret hunger. These were philosophers cast out by temples, astronomers condemned by kings, and magi who read truths even the stars feared. Together, in the shadow of the world's first eclipse, they named themselves The Kýkloi Skotádeon — The Circle of Shadows — later feared across the realms as The Dark Sorcerers. They did not worship demons. They became them.
