Description

Brunswick Ducal Corps "Victory or death!" Formed in 1809 after the French annexation of their homeland, the Brunswickers united under Frederick the Duke. Proving themselves to be excellent and dedicated fighters in their Westphalian and Iberian campaigns, the Corps went on to serve as part of the British Army. They took part in the Battle of Waterloo and Quatre Br. in the latter of which the Duke was killed. This group is a representation of the Brunswick Ducal Corps during the 100 days campaign of 1815.
