They are divided into 4 main squads, each one serving a purpose. Alpha, the true Tier 1 of the Initiative. Bravo, the ones above average but not worthy of Alpha. Charlie, the Founder's Sworn Protectors. And Delta, the CBRN and protectors of the various nuclear weapons Base 45 houses. Their selections are rigorous, and many do not pass.
