|COBA| Officer Training Corps #12989363
Description
The Officer Training Corps (OTC) is a key component of the British Army, offering university students the opportunity to develop their leadership potential and gain military skills that can be used in both military and civilian careers. OTC is not just about military training—it’s about building strong leaders who possess the discipline, confidence, and resilience needed to succeed in high-pressure environments. Upon successful completion, cadets graduate as Commissioned Officers, ready to lead soldiers with confidence and expertise. MEMBERSHIP To become a member of the Officer Training Corps (OTC), candidates must complete a structured selection process.
