𝟏𝟖𝟎𝟔-𝟏𝟖𝟏𝟓 𝐆𝐨𝐭𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐡ü𝐭𝐳𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐠! The Duchy of Nassau was born from the personal union of Nassau-Usingen and Nassau-Weilburg. Under the leadership of Fraedrick Augustus Nassau supplied troops to the French Empire, fighting in their campaigns in the Iberian Peninsula. After years of nonsensical fighting, Nassau switched sides in 1813 and took up arms against their former ally. The Duchy later fought in the 100 days campaign, showing great courage at the Battle of Waterloo, which ended the Napoleonic Wars.
