🥁 Straža Sovjeta The Guard of the Sovjet was one of the first regular units to be formed during the First Serbian Uprising. The Straža Sovjeta guarded important places and people, most notably the Serbian government. The Guard of the Sovjet was considered the most elite unit in Serbia. The Guard mainly guarded key buildings in Belgrade, but it used to switch with other battalions from other Nahijas every year.
