Description
憲法ー条 皇帝は国家として必ず存在してはならないものであるため、皇帝の次世代への即位、全権の維持は必要不可欠なものであり、共和政、その他皇帝を必要としない政治体制は存在してはならないものとする。 憲法二条[刑法] [第一条] 人民が加害者となった、または被害者となった殺傷・盗難・迷惑(ゲーム内の迷惑行為を含まない。)行為は、日本国の刑法に違反するため、宗主国・日本国への緊急支援を行い、日本国の刑法に沿って日本国による裁判を行う。 [第二条] 人民が行ったゲーム内での迷惑行為は、帝国裁判(ミープシティ帝国所有地帝国裁判所)によって裁判を行い、判決を下す。 [第三条] 鬼滅、または獣類に似た服装となるものを着用することは、国の伝統に違反することであるため、これを禁じるとする。 [第四条] 同性に関する規定はないものの、同性当事者でないものが同性に関する抗議活動をすることは当事者に沿った活動ではないため、これを処罰する。
