Description
The Nation of Ethorus was founded in 1977 after a peaceful revolution. Installing the influential Hmzmzdley family in charge of Halmahera since 1977 the President-General of Ethorus, Arnold Hmzmzdley has ruled the nation. It consists of 8 million citizens, some from the Republic of South Maluku, the majority from other places. The nation grew in popularity when popular companies began setting up headquarters in it, due to the low taxes and ability to run, much like Monaco. Ethorus has an army which functions also as a police force, a navy, and an executive council called the Council of Ministers which lead the executive departments and advise the President-General. The Commoner's Council is lead by the Chief Commoner and the Deputy Chief Commoner, and it is much like a parliament. The Chief or Deputy Chief Commoners present bills regarding the country's welfare and the individuals on the council vote on said bills.
