Description
German Empire -----------✵----------- The government is based on parties, those parties will vote every week for a chancellor. A chancellor can be seated V times, mainly because there should be a change in the chancellorship. For there to be made an official party that can be added to the government the party needs to have IO members and follow all the rules. A party can be removed by the Chancellor, but for that to happen there need to be reasons and proper documentation.
