In the mid-18th Century, Emerald had a system of lookout towers that rang for the assistance of citizens in the event of fire. Sakyua County Government established a Volunteer Fire Company in 1851, which has gone on to become a fully paid fire and medical service. You MUST have Citizenship in the State of Emerald to join this group.
