The Chaos Insurgency ------------------------------------- The Chaos insurgency was formed around 1924, at the time it was called "The Insurgency", A blackops group formed by the O5 Command to do their jobs off the records, So Ethics Committee couldn't judge the actions of O5s, they did O5s work who are highly Classified until they left the foundation and became rogue, It is assumed that an SCP which is called "The Engineer" has taken control of their minds and started to order "The Insurgency", In 1948 The Insurgency became fully corrupt and rogue, They defected from the foundation and left all their posts, later they were named as "Chaos Insurgency", CI has done many raids and got investigated by Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 Nine-Tailed Fox, There is much-known stuff about the Insurgency including their combat skills. -------------------------------------
