Welcome to the Meese Union, Aka the UMSR We are a country based off of the Soviet Union, The UMSR is a simple little military group Dedicated to fighting for the Motherland. Some simple rules of the UMSR are: We don't tolerate hate inside of the group. Strictly do NOT beg for roles. No Self-Promotion unless it is from an ally. In the Disk server we have more rules that will explain.
