Any southern immigrant may opt in and apply for citizenship in the faction's ever-growing, Port-Town; a scrap-settlement owned by The Palmettos, backed by a handful of wealthy, sympathizers of the NEU that reside along the beaches of North Point. They do not take too kindly to northern super nationalists and those who seek to get in their way…
