NATIONAL GENDARMERIE INTERVENTION GROUP ━━━━━━━━ BIENVENUE ━━━━━━━━ After the failed hostage rescue of the 1972 Munich Olympics, nations all over Europe founded their own counter terror from the result of the massacre. France activated their own unit under the French National Gendarmerie called the National Gendarmerie Intervention Group to specifically intervene in counter terror and hostage situations. They have grown with expanded capabilities and responsibilities.
