Owning territories in the Pacific and in the Americas, it is one of the largest Viceroyalties under Spain's control. The Viceroyalty of New Spain has loyal subject in the Philippines, Mexico, and the Caribbean and the Viceroyalty is of great value to Spain, providing both economic and strategic value.
