44th Royal Tank Regiment #13252454
Description
We are in 2021, your instructors in intake won't be soft and won't accept any messing about, you will be shouted at, you will be sworn at, although at the end you will receive the reward of becoming a Fusilier within the regiment. Don't think the instructors are going hard on you or singling you out as they aren't, you have to deal with it and move on. It is possible to fail intake and if you fail a phase you will be tracked back to phase one, although this isn't a reason to give up, if you get backtracked it is your duty to fulfill your duties and continue with the rest of your intake, remembering your instructors will be aware of your past, although you will have chances to prove yourself on things you had already learned. Furthermore, onto another topic, possible NCOs and COs will be picked out from intake. In intake you must try your absolute hardest and if you do that you may be chosen to go onto a course that would make you an NCO or CO.
