UNIT_IV001'S SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES FOUNDATION Secure. Contain. Protect. ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── The Central Administration Bureau is the main administrative body of the Foundation, responsible for managing and overseeing the Foundation's day-to-day activities, and makes all major executive decisions before sending it to the O5 Council. The Administrative Department acts as a liaison between the Foundation Personnel and the O5 Council, reviewing and sending proposals to the O5 Council for them to ultimately veto or accept. ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── To join, you must bear Clearance Level 4 or higher or apply through our communications server. You will be invited upon achieving CL-4. If applying, you must bear Clearance Level 2 or higher.
