Background/History: The Someya Family was first established after the Little Asia fire of 2015. At the time, the family's patriarch, Takumi Someya, was a young officer in the Sugai Family, a mid-sized but inconsequential group headed by Katsumi Sugai. Games: Yokohoma crisis, Chicago 1949, Koenji and Narashiro.
