Description

The Coalition of Independent Regions is a faction composed of four major settlements over a vast stretch of land spanning the former United States of America. The faction was originally founded by various early post-calamity settlements as a means to stay interconnected and together. Eventually this would come to a standstill when many of the settlements were absorbed into larger factions or broke away to form other alliances. The current day C.O.I.R is in an alliance with the four settlements of Boulder, Terminal, Sioux and Odessa. Each of the settlements are highly independent, only brought together by treaty and trade.
