Description
The Kaixser Bloodline origins from the Underground City, The past of the UGC is left behind them when light at the top of the city is seen. A Kaixser should never and will not back down from a threat towards them they may live a coward but it should not and never bring you down from the threat you have to face. Shame to the bloodline brought by you shouldn't affect us in any negative way but a way to help us correct it or fix it by force. The one rule we live by is that we will always find the guide ymir has given us. Nothing else is known about this bloodline...
