It is said that they have been around for hundreds of years, acting as an invisible puppet to the rest of civilization and other GOIs. › ‹ MC&D typically prefers to use "financial warfare" over physical warfare. Bankrupting or exposing corporate entities that refuse to meet their demands. MC&D does the same for entities in the anomalous world, making demands to analyze, use and make visits into foreign sites. Either by complete demand, or through bribes to agents.
