RCWC | ROMAN CIVIL WAR COMMUNITY ∎▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬∎ POMPEII LORE After the assassination of Gaius Julius Caesar, Marcus Antonius has left the city of Rome it to its fate, and building up and stationing his army at the prosperous town of Pompeii, hoping to win one decisive battle and crush Octavius and his army, who has been in hot pursuit, marching south and are now closing in on Pompeii. The city stays as neutral ground as an agreement between the Patricians within Palmyra and Antonius is reached, Pompeii will be neutral ground in order to prevent the city's destruction. However there is no guarantee either side will abide by this agreement. Both sides gear up for a battle, Octavius and his companion Agrippa prepare for the fight of their lives against the formidable veterans and legions of Marcus Antonius.
