Description
The Internal Tribunal Department was established as a way to give those who have broken the Code of Ethics a fair trial. The ITD is non-combative but works with the ISD to bring others to justice and to assign punishments. The ITD's decisions can be overruled or taken up by the O5 Council if needed. Members of the ITD are handpicked and are hardly chosen. "If we do not maintain justice, justice will not maintain us."
