Description
The City began construction in 1887, one year before Sir FrrangeyAlvaro the II moved from Colombia to France, and seven years after Francesca Adella Alvaro was born. Although Alvaro wanted the city to thrive and succeed, crime ran through the streets and a plague broke out. When Francesca was seventeen years old her father passed away.
