From the household troops of the Maison militaire du Roi to the regiments of the line, the horse and dragoons, and the gunners of the Corps royal de l'artillerie, the King's soldiers march wherever His Majesty's colours are carried, through Flanders, the Rhineland, and beyond. We hold to the drill, dress, and discipline of the Ancien Régime, from the newest recruit of a fusilier company to the marshals of France. Enlist, take your place in the ranks, and serve the King.
