Description
Ex-Alpha-1 personnel taken over by an entity who controls a person called "The Engineer" and has plants within the Foundation. Their end goal is unknown, but the one thing we do know is that they want SCP's so they can use them as tools and weapons to further their growth, power, and wealth. The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons or as torture devices. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing several dangerous SCPs. The Chaos Insurgency has access to a more limited amount of SCPs than the Foundation, but are more willing to use them without restriction.
