It comprises diverse recruits from Hong Kong, and other parts of the Commonwealth. To Join the Royal Hong Kong Police Force you must be a Citizen or Above rank of Citizen in the British Hong Kong Group. To be a Constable You must Start as Trainee Constable. To be a Inspector You must Start as Probationary Inspector.
