Description
𝗦𝗖𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 𝗥𝗔𝗭𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧 — ETHICS COMMITTEE — “Iustitia. Ordo. Disciplina.” — The Ethics Committee serves as the moral compass of the SCP Foundation, ensuring that all containment procedures, experiments, and operations are conducted with ethical responsibility and respect for human dignity. While the Foundation operates in secrecy and often deals with dangerous anomalies, the Ethics Committee oversees how personnel treat subjects, handle anomalies, and balance the greater good against individual rights. It reviews proposed actions, authorizes or denies morally sensitive operations, and holds personnel accountable for unethical behavior. Not to be confused with the Internal Tribunal Department, which enforces internal laws and procedural justice, the Ethics Committee focuses on what should be done, not just what can be done. —
