Description
The NCIS is responsible for investigations within the Navy and the USMC. Because they aren't members of the USMC but Federal agents of the Navy, a USMC member, except the [Dev] Developer+, can't give orders to a NCIS agent. But a NCIS agent can give an order to USMC members. They also are allowed to arrest civilians and USMC members and can operate in and out of the base. If you want to report a member of the NCIS, contact the HICOM of the NCIS by using the ####### ticket system.
