To become an Orphan, subscribe to Cleyvelis using the social link and send proof to a Servant+, to become a Manic Orphan, go to the store section of Serenity Orphanage, purchase it there and contact a Servant+. To become a Servant however, you will need to go to the store section of Serenity Orphanage, buy it, then contact a Servant+!
