To rank beyond "Loyal Citizen" in the main group, you are required to additionally have membership in this group. The Union of Rhombea has a body comprising individuals of a wide variety of occupations; ranging from maintaining the hygiene of cities, to maintaining the safety of cities, to maintaining the defense of cities.
