Description
The Austrian Army is a grand-battle simulation group, depicting the military of the Austrian Empire during the Napoleonic Wars. Restore order to Europe, take arms against the pretender Napoleon and drive him out for For the Emperor! The Austrians were notorious for their consistent campaigns against the French. Most famously for the campaigns in 1809, where Napoleon lost his first ever battle. professionalism and discipline of the Austrian Empire were at a all time high despite many regiments being diverse in language. - as well as the talent of their legendary commanders - proved to be a constant thorn in Napoleon's side. The Austrian Army forms part of the 'Fields of Europe' community, where we strive to create and maintain a reputation as the fiercest fighting force.
