Unofficial Fan Faction in ATF8. A group that was created by the U.S Government, they were previously called the 'United States Department of Nuclear Safety' and made for preparing the unknown hazards for a nuclear fallout before the flash. Their task now is to study the wasteland and the new fauna and flora and spread information around the Americas to help the remaining population to survive.
