I have celiac myself its hard to say, my life has changed since. This is for people who don't know about it, for people who do have it we support any type of gluten problem. Gluten means wheat and I cant have it... Gluten is in Cakes, Pancakes, cupcakes, popcorn and more! It is hidden in most things like candy.
