REQUIREMENTS: Over 75 members Well established, (Realistic Faction name, logo, etc.) Cannot copy another faction. If there is already a CIS Faction, you cannot make another one this is to prevent confusion amongst faction members and leaders. NOTE: WE WILL NOT MAKE YOUR FACTION MORPHS UNLESS YOU DISCUSS IT WITH TGCAR HICOM OR DEVELOPERS!
