Mental Health and you being happy is the most important thing! So that’s why I have decided to make Mental Swivel. Mental Swivel is a group where you can express your feelings to others and see if anyone has the same emotions or feelings as well as you! Most of the things or activities we will be doing on this group is therapy sessions on games and commenting things we say in our heads. Mental health like anxiety and depression are not something to be made fun of or not easy to work through but when you have other people to help maybe things will be easier. If any of you need to have a therapy session please post something on the wall and I will friend you and we can talk for about half an hour about emotions and feelings that we are going through!
