Welcome. We are the Plasmanians. The Plasmanians are human and ghoul, our origins are unknown, we are neutral to everything and everyone. If anyone decides to attack us we will attack back. When ghouls were first discovered, the Plasmanians were grouping up, we were and still are, a protective, neutral force. When we see something that seems wrong, or unjust, we will take it our responsibility to put a stop to it. We do not crave power, we crave people, we are known for our odd appearance, we are considered secretive by most. People who dare challenge us will find that attacking the neutral, can lead to lots of problems. We are ordered to kill enemies on sight, no matter if they seem stronger than us, we will do everything we can to make sure that everyone is treated with respect and that nobody, is treated less than others.
