Description
This is CONRO a High class Raid organization that plans its raids and chooses people from different skillsets to take part in certain jobs. To get a specifically chosen skillset in CONRO you have to complete 3 challenges with groups each one progressively getter harder than the next. Once you have proven yourself you will be placed in a skillset that WE think best suits you. There are four ranks in each skill set determining how talented you are and how loyal you are to CONRO. Rank#1 - This is a beginner level rank and you can participate in raids but cannot post or help plan. Rank#2 - This is a more talented and more trustworthy rank thank Rank#1. you cannot help plan or shout but you will be chosen for more difficult jobs. Rank#3 This is the most dangerous rank and will be chosen for the most important jobs. this rank can post on shout and their advice will be takin into consideration during planning Rank#4 This rank is the "Officer" rank
