Description
Mid Atlantic Car & Foundry by HLW was founded on June 16th, 2024. We are a subsidiary of Houston Locomotive Works. This group was formerly known as KATY-IDC and Katy America by HLW, established on January April 18th, 2023 respectively. This group is the successor to Maryland Limited and Mid Atlantic Car & Foundry (first). We aim to create high-quality games for many to enjoy for a long time.
