The alliance acts as a means of uniting pirates to preserve piracy on the seas and establish dominion over them, as well as to bring about a code between pirates to ensure some form of structure between them. The Pirate Code. The Sea Crown's Court is ruled by a council of Pirate Lords who are each assigned a part of the ocean to rule as theirs with the Pirate King having authority over them all. 【 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 】 Each Pirate Lord as well as the Pirate King has their own sub-group acting as a group for their ship.
