Description
The Ministror Union is the evolved form of Vinlania, a nation built around advanced technology, sustainability, and strict coordination. Vinlania removed many everyday problems through automation, clean design, and strong public systems. As its influence and responsibilities grew, it reorganized in 2056 into the Ministror Union to manage territories and systems beyond its original borders. The Union is built on three ideas: technological superiority, centralized decision making, and societal stability. Cities run on automation, public life is orderly, and crime is rare. Citizens, called Ministrors or Vinlin, trust systems that have worked reliably for decades. At the center is Victor Onoroto, whose belief is that preventing disorder elsewhere protects stability at home.
