Description

☰☰▼ 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙱𝙻𝙰𝙲𝙺 𝙲𝙴𝙻𝙻 ▼☰☰ ─────────────────────────────────────────── The Black Cell serves as an opposing force to the Chaos Insurgency. It was formed in the late 1980s after a major containment breach on Site-61. The Global Occult Coalition was sent in to construct an outpost near the Site borders in the event of another GOI attack. However, the opposing side overran the GOC as several Chaos Insurgency riflemen attacked multiple sites for the purpose of assassinating the O5 Council. With the Foundation coming to it's collapse, the Black Cell was created to eradicate every single Chaos Insurgency member. ─────────────────────────────────────────── Join our communications service to interact with our welcoming community and apply for a position today! - find it in our social links ─────────────────────────────────────────── Founded by BurnishedHart on 04/23/2022
